At Pawsomepop, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
We sincerely apologize if our product did not meet your expectation.
You can request for a refund or re-shipment if:
- Your order does not arrive within 60 days from the time we ship out your order.
- You received the wrong item.
- You receive a damaged or defective product.
For 2 & 3, please take a clear photograph of the product and mailing label on the package for us to process your request. The request for a refund or re-shipment must be made within 7 days of you receiving the product.
Please note that we will not be able to approve a refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. you entered the wrong shipping address)
- Your order was not cleared by Customs in your country.
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances that are not within Pawsomepop's control (e.g. a natural disaster)
- More than 7 days have passed from the time you received the product.
