Refund Policy

At Pawsomepop, customer satisfaction is our top priority.

We sincerely apologize if our product did not meet your expectation.

You can request for a refund or re-shipment if:

  1. Your order does not arrive within 60 days from the time we ship out your order.
  2. You received the wrong item. 
  3. You receive a damaged or defective product.

For 2 & 3, please take a clear photograph of the product and mailing label on the package for us to process your request. The request for a refund or re-shipment must be made within 7 days of you receiving the product. 

Please note that we will not be able to approve a refund if:

  1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. you entered the wrong shipping address)
  2. Your order was not cleared by Customs in your country.
  3. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances that are not within Pawsomepop's control (e.g. a natural disaster)
  4. More than 7 days have passed from the time you received the product.
